Reservation Policy:
Reservations may be made via telephone, fax, email or Hotel Plus. A deposit for one day's accommodations is required to secure a reservation. Your deposit will be refunded upon advance cancellation received by the Vermonter not less than two (2) days prior to date of intended arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

THE VERMONTER MOTOR LODGE HAS A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RESERVATIONS.

THE RESERVATION CANCELLED 48 HOURS OR MORE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TIME WILL BE ASSESSED A CHARGE OF $ 25.00 PER RESERVATION DEPANDING ON THE DECISON OF MANAGEMENT.

RESERVATION CANCELLED LESS THEN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TIME WILL BE ASSESSED A CHARGE THE COST OF ONE NIGHT STAY PER RESERVATION.

NO REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR NO-SHOWS OR EARLY CHECKOUTS.
